I’m finally in bed and it feels fucking amazing!
Yesterday at the gym…
I did 80 hip abductions at 150 lbs, inner and outer thigh. 100 standing flank crunches, 60 squats at 150 pounds, 30 low row strokes at 30 pounds, swam laps for about an hour, sat in the sauna for about 30 minutes and then chilled in the hot tub with an old guy named Van, who was a fighter pilot in the Vietnam war.
Today I feel like I got my ass kicked but I’m proud of myself. I’ll be back at it again tomorrow.
